Shevy Lowenstein was awarded the prestigious scholarship and studied in Beth Rivka Teacher's College in Melbourne, Australia graduating in 1999 with honors. Shevy returned to NY to teach and guide middle and high school students in school and overnight camp and help them navigate young adulthood. Shevy graduated with a Bachelor's Degree in Liberal Science from Excelsior College.

Shevy co-directed the Jewish Center of Northern Liberties in Philadelphia for twenty years coordinating and executing social and educational programs for hundreds of adults and children. She established, directed and taught in the Hebrew School at Congregation Mikveh Israel for 10 years.
​
​Shevy was the Principal and Head of School of Cheder Chabad of Philadelphia for three years. In this position, she doubled the school's student body, managed over 35 employees, and instituted major advances across the board from early childhood through eighth grade including school standards, staff development and teacher training. Shevy has led school productions guiding the students to sing, dance and act with meaning and joy.
Shevy pursued a change of career and was intrigued by the real estate industry in which she became a licensed title agent in 2018 in Philadelphia. She trained with Attorney Jeffrey Rosner of Rosner Title in Pennsylvania, and became his trusted Closer in which she handled hundreds of real estate transactions.

She and her husband and children relocated to Florida where she opened the doors to Bayit Title Settlement Services together with Attorney Jeffrey Rosner of Rosner Settlement Services. Shevy enjoys running in her free time and training for races. She appreciates music and has composed lyrics and melodies at different occasions. Shevy looks forward to meeting and working with many wonderful people here in Coral Springs, the greater Boca area and South Florida.
